The mother of all resources related to reproductive mental health for men and women is Postpartum Support International. Free online support groups, printed information for you, grandparents, family, medical providers… any specialty group you can think of. Materials are in Spanish and English.
How To Find A Mental Health Provider
Your Insurance can provide you with a list of providers who are covered. You can cross reference these to the Psychology Today website to get a better idea of who may be a good fit.
